Fatjona Hoti
Fatjona Hoti is a seasoned legal professional and strategic leader with a wealth of experience spanning government,legal, and business process outsourcing. Holding dual Master of Laws (LL.M.) degrees in International Law and Dispute Resolution from the University of Pittsburgh and Humboldt University Berlin, she combines deep legal knowledge with practical business acumen.
Her career highlights include serving as Legal Advisor to the Ministry of Environment, Spatial Planning and Infrastructure in Kosovo, where she led comprehensive legal reviews, developed key policy documents, and advised on investor agreements and arbitration matters.
At Insight Solutions, Fatjona honed her skills in managing complex outsourcing projects, client acquisition, operations management, and delivering high-quality legal process outsourcing (LPO), business process outsourcing (BPO), and professional regulatory outsourcing (PRO) services tailored to U.S.-based clients.
Her background also includes experience as Associate Asset Manager at Stone Capital Investors in New York and internships at prestigious arbitration institutions, where she sharpened her skills in dispute resolution and international commercial law.

Pleurat Hundozi
Pleurat Hundozi is an international business development executive with a strong academic foundation in economics and marketing. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Prishtina and an MBA in Marketing from the University of Sheffield, where he was active in organizations such as the Project Management Institute and the Product Development and Management Association. His education has supported a diverse and international career focused on innovation, investment, and impact across multiple sectors.
Over the past 30 years, Pleurat has held key roles in several sectors, including public and corporate finance, energy, services and technology. As Director of Business Development at Crimson Capital Corp., he leads the identification and structuring of international development projects. He is also a Partner at EHMG, a natural gas distribution firm active in the Balkans and EU. His entrepreneurial background includes co-founding and exiting successful service providers as well as activities in the real estate sector.
Beyond his core roles, Pleurat is engaged in a broader professional ecosystem—advising startups, supporting cross-border investment efforts, and promoting energy transition initiatives. He regularly works with private and public stakeholders to design bankable projects, facilitate strategic partnerships, and align commercial goals with development priorities. His work reflects a commitment to sustainable growth, regional cooperation, and practical innovation in emerging markets. Pleurat is also active in various trade associations, facilitating overall private sector development.

Bonita Saliu
Bonita Saliu is a legal and business consultant with a focus on helping institutions and companies navigate complex legal frameworks while adapting to digital transformation. She holds a Master’s degree in Comparative Business Law from the University of Mannheim in Germany and has over 10 years of experience working on EU, USAID, GIZ, and IFC-funded projects.
Her work covers a wide range of legal and regulatory areas, including commercial contracts, intellectual property, corporate governance, and data protection, with a particular focus on GDPR compliance and technology-related legal issues.
In parallel with her consulting work, Bonita has served as a team advisor for the University of Prishtina at the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot and the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court, mentoring law students in developing strong legal reasoning and advocacy skills.
